Nutrition & Wellness Education
for Athletes

Doug_headshot.png

Our Founder

Doug has spent more than 44 years in competitive swimming as an athlete, coach, and consultant. He has worked with swimmers and teams at every stage, helped produce record-setting performances, led organizational growth, and gained firsthand experience with the technical, operational, and financial challenges swim teams face.

He founded Swimpler to help teams build stronger, more sustainable programs. His work includes season planning, coach education, stroke-development systems, program evaluation, team culture, athlete recognition, and financial stewardship.

Doug believes strong teams are built intentionally. Athletes need clear development systems. Coaches need education and support. Organizational leaders need the structure to make responsible, mission-aligned decisions.

Through focused projects, customized clinics, and ongoing advisory relationships, Doug helps swim organizations clarify what matters, align their decisions, and build programs that serve athletes and families for years to come.

Better Swimmers. Stronger Coaches. Lasting Teams.
